If the damage is determined to be caused by improper installation or interference from other customer-installed parts, the request will be denied. This includes, but is not limited to, twisting rod ends out to extend link length/geometry and not using proper washers or spacers between the rod end and link. Failure to use washers/spacers places load on the exposed threads and will cause bending or breakage, which is not covered under warranty.
