Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

Because nearly every 828RC product is made to order, returns are not accepted for custom or printed parts once production has begun. Please double-check your order before completing checkout to ensure all options and details are correct.

Returns:
We do not accept returns on custom-ordered or made-to-order products unless the item arrives unintentionally damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can make it right.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted if you received the incorrect product due to our error — not because the wrong product or option was ordered. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if this applies to your order.

Suspension and Steering Links Warranty:
All 828RC suspension and steering links made in-house include a lifetime warranty against breakage or failure under normal use. If one fails, simply contact us with a photo and brief description — we’ll repair or replace it free of charge (shipping may apply).
