828RC SCX30 Squarebody Rear Truggy Cage Add-On

Turn your existing 828RC SCX30 Squarebody into a full-blown comp truggy.

This rear truggy cage add-on is designed specifically for customers who have already purchased the 828RC SCX30 Squarebody (standard or comp cab). The cage replaces the factory rear bed and transforms your build into a lightweight, aggressive truggy setup while re-using your existing hardware.

The cage is engineered to bolt up using your current 828RC wide sliders and chassis mag mounts — no need to purchase additional mounting systems. Simply remove your bed, install the cage, and glue the two included magnets onto the cage for secure body retention. Depending on your mounting of the original squarebody, trimming .5-1mm of the rear of the 828RC wide sliders MAY be required.

For customers running the standard or comp Squarebody cabs, two small holes will need to be drilled in the rear of the cab to accommodate the upper cage mounting bolts. This ensures a solid, trail-ready connection between the cab and cage.
